detroitdb
Can you explain a bit more what you mean or draw up a quick diagram? My photobucket sucks for me, So I will try to make this make sense. In the beginning of this topic you can see a pic of the enclosure, when you look at it you can see that I mounted the sub directly in front of the port and I believe that the woofer is unloading without any kind of back pressure. So I was thinking of mounting a piece of mdf right at the magnet maybe 2 pieces 9inches wide each from top to bottom to create more pressure to avoid the unloading. I hope this helps explain it better. CleanSierra
Hey there, sorry I just noticed this thread came back to life. I don't know about fixing the existing enclosure. I would have placed the subs on the sides in two different chambers firing into the ported chamber, slightly angled toward the front of the enclosure. I don't know what putting a plate in will do to your sound honestly, and I CAN picture what you're trying to explain. You could try it and see what you think, it's just one piece of wood. Do you have easy access to get the top of the box on and off? Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

Anyways I was kind of thinking of screwing and gluing a bunch of 2x4' s to each other because I can maneuver them in through the opening. https://photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipP7rjav9cD9UFdAYBJmz4M4LoNlF26ng1xhAf4Uhttps://photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipP7rjav9cD9UFdAYBJmz4M4LoNlF26ng1xhAf4U 2013 DODGE CHALLENGER R/T SUNDOWN ZV4-18 CRESCENDO 3.5K PIONEER AVIC 5300 NEX ALPINE TYPE R 6.5S & 6X9'S ROCKFORD FOSGATE 1.5" TWEETS 5 C&D TECH BATTS
