jmfrb1
I already have the PVC 8" diameter by 35" long. I didn't pay anything for it but I'm taking my time on the build so I don't have a problem with that. And I wasn't sure if the wall mart heat gun would get hot enough. But if it does then I'll definitely shell out 20$ n go that route! Would boiling the pipe work?
jmfrb1
You have to heat the pipe some way or it will never flareThis is why I was thinking about boiling the pipe. but I'm not sure if that works or not.
SnowDrifter
Not sure boiling the pipe would get it hot enough. Harbor freight has a heat gun on sale right now though. $10 iirc You may also find this a good read. mothra
Depending on the flare you could use a door panel router bit instead of a round over. if nothing changes, nothing changes You don't know what you don't know, till you don't know
