which wires to seperate to limit noise?

Assuming your head unit is connected via an adapter that plugs into the factory harness, I wouldn't worry that it's not good inside the car. Ground problems generally start under the hood, where the ground points are exposed to the elements. Check your factory grounds going from engine to body/frame and battery negative to engine/body/frame.

Oh so big three basicly. Yea I got that covered, so just sperate power and signal wires and I should be good

Volt Meter: SMD VM-1

Amps: Rockford Fosgate T400-2, T1000-1bdCP

Subs: 2 SSA XCON 15's Sealed

Tint: Privacy glass + 5% in the back and 25% in fronts

Oh and about running speaker wire and Rcas near each other. I think I could still have them on the same side of the car just separate them some how by like an inch and add some half loom or something should be sufficient right?
