Vladimir Posted October 6, 2013 Report Posted October 6, 2013 i just got a dc 18 xl and need help with a box. i am very limited on box size but the sub was dirt cheap. biggest i can do is 19h 43w 14d. i know thats like .5cu smaller then recommended but is there anyone that can recommend a design to go with this?

A port well eat into your volume, as well as the displacement of the sub itself. You don't have the space to properly do it, so it's not a good idea to make it try work. You've only got 5.25 cubic feet before displacement. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

Vladimir Posted October 7, 2013 Author Report Posted October 7, 2013 sold the sub. made a few $$$ profit and decided to go with a sql system. getting a DD 2515. should be louder and sound better and louder then the pioneer champion 12" i got installed now
