painting an amp

Painting them is quite easy. Just remove the internals and prep/paint like you would any metal surface. Otherwise if you are going to try and paint it with the internals still in the amp then you are taking a big risk, and better tape the hell out of it to ensure nothing gets on into or onto the board.

if its an aluminum heatsink, its pretty standard. Just clean the surface, prep, primer and paint.

Some amps may get about 150 degrees F on the surface so be sure your paint can handle that. Most paints can.
