I've had just as much trouble stuffing the EA cable into SHCA lugs as I have SHCA. I'll get an end to end pic when I get to the shop in the morning. linus73 Posted January 19, 2014 Report Share Posted January 19, 2014 Has anyone tried the CT Sounds 900.1 or 1400.1? Just wondering what u thought if you have. I saw it and I like the bass knob, and amps looks. Saw clamp test for it. Looked good, waiting for Steves test to come up. i have installed the 900.1 and 1400.1, both amps are very impressive as far as performance and looks, as for power....well lets say i didnt think the little 900.1 would do a whole lot on 2 12" subs, but after installing it and adjusting it i was extremely satisfied, i also installed the 1400.1 on 2 12" subs and the 1400.1 is very powerful, more than 2x the power if not more than the 900.1. , i am surprised that the 900.1 is not the #1 seller like the 1400.1, because for what you will spend on it, you will not be dissapointed, but if you want to make sure you have extra power down the road, then look into the 1400.1 the amps are very good, do not get hot, and are rated true rms. i know because i picked up the line and became a dealer. now im not trying to sell anything here, just stating my opinion.
