My idea is a coulpe 8s or 10s. my problem is air space i want the most deep bass i can get. Maybe one 12?? idk whats your ideas for a speaker that will be good for limited air space. vented or sealed. its going to be wood base with fiberglass and theres bucket seats and i can go as high as the bottom of the back window. g2shuck Posted October 11, 2013 Report Posted October 11, 2013 no not inverted. face the subs in the box down towards the floor with the box spaced high enough to allow about an inch of clearance with the sub at full excursion. This allows the subs to load off the floor and the port to load off the rear wall. Which subs depends on your budget, amp, and electrical. boom50cal Posted October 11, 2013 Report Posted October 11, 2013 If you're on a budget, SA-10's would work. Bang for buck, XFL 10's from everything I've heard. Personal experience, Fi SSD 10's rock 2 SSD 10's in 1.1 cubes a piece, so if you could grab 2.6 cubes net(subs displace .18 a piece) and do a 6 inch aero out of the side of the back of the box, firing into the b-pillar, you could get some really great results.
