jordan23 Posted October 15, 2013 Report Posted October 15, 2013 hi, i currently have a re audio srx 15 dual 4 ohm in a 4 cube box tuned to 32 with the sub up and port back. Now im wanting more and i have two different ideas im tossing around. First one is get a second srx and make a 7 cube box tuned to 35 with subs facing back and a aero port on the side. My second idea is doing a recone on the 15 i had before which was a mach5 ixl 15 http://www.istonline.ca/mach5_ixl_15.html i bought it used and it would bottom out on anything lower than 30hz on 400 wrms in a sealed box with no clipping and one day it bent the voice coil when it bottomed out. whats your opinion on what i should do? either one i will be geting a 1000 wrms not sure what amp yet.
