something other than headunit

In my next build i want to do something other than a ordinary heaunit. I was thinking about something along the line of a android headunit,tablet, or even a carputer. What would it take for something like this to work? i saw steves build in his tahoe with the mac mini so i hope he can chime in and share his knowledge

There are quite a few build logs using Ipads and Android tablets on here in the Fabricating section. There is a lot of good info in them, you might want to give it a try and take a look at some of them.
