Or is it a double filiment buld (brake and signal). I hear that even with the LED relay, you need to install a resistor (do not know what size) on the signal light side of harness. So one resistor on LF signal, one of RF signal, and that should get rid of it. *EDIT* Search user Bassstalker. I think he was going through same issue and fixed with resistor on signal side.
