Bodied B2600ZX
The polarity most definitely should be reversed since they are inverted. I bet those lights are coming on cuz off the voltage drop. Gonna have to get another battery or alternator upgrade. 2 - Sundown SA 8V2 | CT Sounds 1400.1 | Pioneer DEH-X8500BS | 4/0 Big
scooter99
I would second what Bodied said as well. Need to get the voltage addressed, but I'm also willing to bet, that your amp is not running very efficiently. It would do that for sure after you dd1 it. If you feel it's pushing too much power after that, you can just gain down. You just don't want to be clipping. That part I'm not sure on how to do, gain down to where it should be that is. Let us know what you find out. Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build

Bodied B2600ZX
Idk. I would assume so. Or just flip the positive and negative on your amp on the speaker wires. Some head units have a setting where you can tell it if your subs are inverted, Idk what it does exactly though 2 - Sundown SA 8V2 | CT Sounds 1400.1 | Pioneer DEH-X8500BS | 4/0 Big
scooter99
I thought you only had to flip polarity if you had one inverted and one not? Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build
BuckTussa
Baton Rouge what up! It's nice to see people from my city on here. Nice ride man. Love those SA 8's. I'd like to hear it when you get it tuned right. Good luck!
Bodied B2600ZX
From my understanding, if the sub is inverted, you need the positive on the sub hooked to the negative on the amp and vice versa 2 - Sundown SA 8V2 | CT Sounds 1400.1 | Pioneer DEH-X8500BS | 4/0 Big

I'd like to hear it when you get it tuned right. Good luck! thank ya! its coming along. let me know when ya want a demo. I thought you only had to flip polarity if you had one inverted and one not? dude I swear I can't seem to get the right information on this subject. I turned the phase to 180 on the amp. Didn't really notice any difference in sound. Anyways I've been doing small things to the system and its gradually getting better and better sounding. Sounds like a new box compared to the first time i played it honestly. I finally got things bolted down fully and the box being secured in place better seems to have made a difference as well. Looking forward to seeing how much better it is with foam added to really seal it off 09 Challenger R/T (Audio system under construction): Pioneer AVH-X4500BT (PAC RP4CH11 harness) (2) Sundown Audio SA-8v2 (inverted) CT Sounds AT1400.1D XS Power D3400 40 sq ft. SICKSPD
cleaned up the wiring for the HID kit and mounted the ballasts. All you can see is the ground wire running on both sides which are zip tied in place as well as the power wire. nice and bright in the words of 2 chainz…look back at it! PS This is the first time I've built anything… as far as audio systems go 09 Challenger R/T (Audio system under construction): Pioneer AVH-X4500BT (PAC RP4CH11 harness) (2) Sundown Audio SA-8v2 (inverted) CT Sounds AT1400.1D XS Power D3400 40 sq ft.
