Finally. It's jus a really quick one I did before I had to leave work. So sub placement may not be exactly where you want. Lmk and I can change stuff tomorrow. Add a double baffle, different style internal supports, etc.

Well on the first box i spaced the subs so they both were as far to the right as possible so i wouldn't have the port ending in the middle of the cone of the sub on the left. i heard that might cause cancellation? also how beneficial are the 45s in the corners?

Everything I read on the sa8 v2 said you need to have the box well braced. So that's how I did my bracing. Whether it's entirely necessary for 8s? I don't know but I wasn't taking the chance for a few extra steps.

As for the sub spacing, they would be squeezed up very tightly to each other to keep them behind the port wall. I haven't heard about that before, but I'm learning about all this audio stuff as well.

so the 45s are for bracing rather than diffusing airflow?

Are you dead set on that basic box design? I think having the subs on the outsides with a center port would look pretty cool. I'll draw one up tomor at work. Haha. How much more room do you have to play with? Could the box be deeper if it had to be?

its pretty much at its maximum size and still be able to secure it to the false floor. I considered a center port but for some reason, i can't recall now, i decided on a driver side port. with one in the center it would be 2 inches down the middle then they would split off into opposite directions at 1 inch a piece if I'm not mistaken?
