Sergeant_Skyrim Posted November 16, 2013 Report Posted November 16, 2013 Thought it out and decided to just grab a D3100 to use as starter battery, except move it to the trunk with the XPs and do 2 runs 1/0 from alternator Build in progress
tdsa23 Posted November 16, 2013 Report Posted November 16, 2013 You can order some battery terminals that will let you hook up multiple runs or do like I did and put a ring terminal on the wire and screw it on the battery. As for the battery I saw if you think you can get a bigger one in there do it just make sure if you use the top post that the hood can still close. Yeah I was planning on having the 1/0 lugs on all the wires and having those lugs attached to the battery posts, my only issue would be routing the wires in a clean manner and still having a place to mount the fuse holders. I did see that the D925 had a side/top accessory the '551' and I was thinking something like that might help. Is that the sort of battery terminal you were referring to? Build in progress
