I'm going to my local shop today to trade the owner a blown dd1508 for a blown re sx 15, I'm wanting to build the 15 to an 18 and use my aq2200 at 1ohm. My main question is box size, should I just base it off of an sx 18? Also can anyone confirm power handling? I was told no more than 1500w I do plan on getting as many upgrades to the sub as I can like extra spiders and stronger leads. And when you build that sub, use a tool to get the ts specs and build that shit right.
