Brent Anderson Posted November 24, 2013 Author Report Posted November 24, 2013 as well what type of amp would be good to get close to 2000 rms and whats the best bang for the dollar as well on an amp. Canada don't have much up were im at to get anything good. i just build up my credit i can finaly buy better stuff online so im looking now .
mmets Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 I don't know about shipping cost bur for 700 you can find a couple batteries. I bought my XS Power 3400 and 3100 for less than that. As for your wire, yes get OFC. You can do CCA but once you upgrade to more power you will want to upgrade your wire also. No reason to buy crap wire now just to replace it later. Or if you did CCA you would need to do more runs. I have had both before. would get ofc but that's me. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/177477-slowboring-07-trailblazer-build/Pioneer DEH-80PRSPRV 8MR400-NDY (eight) PRV TW350Ti (6)Sky High 1/0 OFC, 12 gauge and 8 gaugeTM Metalworkz battery terminals 120 sqft HushmatXS Power D3100 (6)Singer 350 Amp Alt Singer 320 (2)American Bass SQL3200 JL Audio JX360/4 Crossfire XS 8K (2) DC Audio XL 15s (6)

Jessica Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 You're new so don't take offence to this but sell the Kenwood 9105d as soon as you can. You will have issues with it guaranteed. The 4 channel they make is decent but if you get 4k for bass alone you will probably need at least a 125x4 for mids to keep up at all. I can't recommend brands cause it just causes argunments.
