03 Xtreme Fosgate
The shorter a ground is the better. A buddy of mine moved the battery to the truck of his 70 nova. He called and ask me why it would'nt hardly turn the engine over I went over and looked and he had ran the ground all the way back to the front of the engine. We grounded it to the chassis in the trunk and the problem away. ^^^^ This BUILD LOG-http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/179004-03-s10-xtreme-ext-cab-rf-build/ PHOTOBUCKET- http://s1354.beta.photobucket.com/user/03XtremeFosgate/library/truck%20audio%20rebuild

03 Xtreme Fosgate
i have 1 run of negative from front bat to back bat and then everything else is grounded to frame in the back So do I but I also have a ground that goes to a bolt I put it in that goes through the body and attached another wire from there to the frame. I'm also about to take the front to back ground off and make it a 3rd power run instead,my ground will be fine w/o that one.
