help with subwoofer box? :S

ok so i'm hearing that my box i payed for is what most people call 2 small? im not really sure how big this box is but i would guess around 1.0 ft3? does the Type R box need to be bigger? for 10's? if so can some one help me on this a bit :S

If you need more specific help post on the subs/enclosures section just giving the dimensions of those boxes, external and port and what's you are not liking about your setup.
