Joe X Posted December 4, 2013 Report Posted December 4, 2013 MDF/Drywall screws around 1 5/8" predrill using appropriate drill bit , screws spaced about 5" or so. Slanted boxes are hard to do without some woodworking tools (clamps, table saw, etc.) so if you don't have that get some help, clean exact cuts are most important or you will have leaks that you will need to fix. Know what you are doing before beginning or it can turn itself into a mess rather easily.

CleanSierra Posted December 8, 2013 Report Posted December 8, 2013 How much clearance do you have between that port opening and your B-pillar? You need at least 4.25" of clearance to avoid choking the port, at least that is preferred. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

CleanSierra Posted December 8, 2013 Report Posted December 8, 2013 Those ports roughly displace around .20 each I believe and two subs will eat into net volume further. So even at .1 per sub, that's .20. .60 cubes of displacement brings your net volume to around 1.5 cubes. So .75 ported per sub. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
