ok so here are the rest of the pics, we got the trim panels in, did some more glassing, and filled all the holes and cracks in. so it was time to paint it.

first a layer of primer

then the paint and clear coat

the we loaded the subs.

after that we built the amp rack and wired everything up. the box for the caps is just something temporary until i figure out what

i want to do with them. i will probably have to make some new buss bars for them. i also have to do side trim panels in the trunk.

all that will be done soon.

so that is it for now. i will get some vids of it soon. out of the gate we wired it to two ohms and at that it was louder than the c pillar.

I dropped it down to .5 and it woke up. haven't really gotten it past half tilt yet. i want to let the new subs break in so i don't break

anything. but i am happy with it so far. still have a lot of cosmetic things to do but i also have to do some more bracing, glassing, and seal off.

So the 15k is going back in for repair. In the mean time I tried hooking up my XXX-4k but am now having some even bigger issues. I'll post updates when I solve these problems.

So, the issue I was having with the xxx-4k was that a screw to mount it was touching some metal under the false floor causing it not to play. The amp has always had ground issues like that. But anyways, it is up and playing on the 4k which I am clamping about 2k out of, and its still louder than the c pillar was. So ill get some better videos and post them up soon.
