dual battery under the hood in 03 silverado?

Bilz id definitely like to see your setup whenever you get the time ill be foing to my local gm dealer Monday afternoon, are you running the d3400?

Bill how far does the battery sit from the fender? Assuming you have this done

Pretty sure it fits snug. Check out the sky high video with the white monster chevy.

Not sure what you mean how far it sits

How much space is between the inside of the fender and the battery. I test fit my 3400 without the bracket the other day but I had the battery pushed up against the fender and the good hit the battery

Ill be using the side post connections would it still be a tight fit?

How much space is between the inside of the fender and the battery. I test fit my 3400 without the bracket the other day but I had the battery pushed up against the fender and the good hit the battery
I welded a bracket on backside of battery for it wouldn't hit then welded on front if try to extend lock down bolt I tilted battery on side to use like side post

I'd like to see pictures. I'm not sure if your hood an my hood are the same. My truck is the classic. Basically your truck with the hd hood

When I put in the bracket I had to remove a non battery bracket that was sitting there. I think the actual battery bracket makes it sit a little lower than the one that is already there.
