I just got it my toolmaker battery terminals for my second battery. They look just as impressive. On a different note I hate when forums change like this. For an old guy it takes a while to get used to it. I purchased a set of adapters made for my truck so I can run the 5.25 component set. This way I don't have to modify my stock ones. I got a tool cart with draws and storage for xmass. Plus a router and table so time to learn how to make templates. Be cool to keep door panels simple and still get great sound out of the system. Sweet. Getting new tools is almost as good as sex and bass ??? LOL I have a set of the FAST rings and I just received my two sheets of Soundqubed deadener . oldsoundguy Posted January 2, 2017 Author Report Share Posted January 2, 2017 I just went out and installed the new Soundqubed 8 " sub. I made a spacer ring so I could install it into the same box as the DC sub. Well the Soundqubed sub made the same vibration sound as the one I sent back. I don't know what the hell is wrong with it but it just sounds like crap. I tried to make a video with my go pro and you can hear it on the soundqubed sub. Then I made a vid with the DC but with the DC you can hear the camera distortion so its really hard to hear the difference but there is a huge difference. The DC sub sounds 100% better than the Soundqubed sub. I guess its time to send it back and get another one sent out just to be positive that there is a defect. Getting annoying now.
