My problem is when the computer updates all the time it has no audio devices installed. But when I do a system restore the sound is ok. Can i get any help thanks. Or how do I make it so it doesnt update the sound. afro Posted December 12, 2013 Report Share Posted December 12, 2013 go to Start> Control Panel> Windows Update> If there are available updates, there will be an option to view them and any additional updates available. Make sure you go in there, uncheck the update, then right click your audio updates, there should be an option to not show them again. Should be good to go.
