Cadence Q4000

I have yet to hear a Cadence amp. Are they rated at 16V or 14V? And How is this amplifier, the Q4000? Looking for a nice A/B SQ amp for no more than $250 and rated at minimum 125x4 at 4ohm but would prefer 150x4 at 4ohm, but I know my budget kind of restricts that.

Ct sounds 125.4 is a good option at your price range and they are rated at 12v and they have been testing them and they are underrated so check them out.
