underneath ext cab seats? you must have raisied your seat a foot of 2

They face them forward underneath the seat so they aren't vertical.

Which is why I went away from a shallow mount, the drivers are so shallow and everyone says they don't get low

And I'm not the kind of guy that is willing to stick a huge box in the back seat especially when I can drop some 8's under the seat that will be way cooooler :)

Thank you n8,

Do you think the CM1000 amp does 1000watts or more?

I haven't read reviews from anyone on DD amps, and I don't know anyone with any

1200 watts to 1500 watts is very minimal you wouldn't hear the difference.

That is what I have been thinking... I have tried to do some research but I haven't had much success...

Do you think from 1000 to 1500 - or 1700 -would be noticeably different?

If I go with 1500 or 1700 I'll probably need a small battery b/c I have a

t600-4 door speaker amp

I've never had a system and dropped in a larger amp

Once I buy a system thats usually all I do until I get rid of everything and get a new one

So I don't know what kind of difference a larger amp will actually make on these two drivers...

Especially since I have never had anything below 12's and have never dealt with DD before

But from all my research I'm freaking pumped!

Any other thoughts?

from 1000 to 1700 yea then you would start to hear the difference . And take advice from n8 since he has experience with the subs. I wouldn't over power them. Are you looking to upgrade your alternator in the near future? That's were I would start and then a small battery

I think an alternator is kind of the line for me if I need to upgrade that then it doesn't need to be any louder.

My t1500 and t600-4 did fine with a backup battery so I don't plan on exceeding that

you don't necessarily need to upgrade your alt. It would just help more keep both amps running at full power.
