It is 12.5 cubic feet tuned at 29hz is 29hz a little to low of a tuning? what are your opinions of the box and how many sheets of 4x8 MDF would I need? I say buy 2 or 3 sheets and start there. I have no opinion on your box because you didn't give any detail on it at all. Dimensions, port size, maximum box width, height, depth, vehicle, music you like to listen to.
