PURE AUDIO PA2X-12 Any info for these new subs? Look Legit...

Just wondering if anybody has heard anything about these subs by Pure Audio? I know their amp line has had mixed reviews, that being said, these amps look like potential BEASTS at their price points! I mean, they outweigh the SA-12 by over 12 lbs! (28 to 40 from what I could find).

Here is what I have found so far:

-2.5" 4 layer coil

-40lbs

-dual Nomex Spiders

-dual sewn leads

-stitched surround

-pressed paper cone

-Pole Vent w\ chamfer

I emailed them yesterday about more info including theil specs but as of now there is no response, I'll try to remember to update if I do get one. I was looking into buying some SA-12's, again, or maybe going for something similar but different. Just happened to stumble across these and, on paper, they look legit. If anybody has anymore info I would be eternally grateful. As always, thank anyone that shares anything that adds anything useful to the discussion, and if you don't have anything nice or at least pertinent then please refrain.

Thanks!

Yea, it looks like someone got the mids about a month ago....shit. If I had a whole Hertz front stage my ears would jizz all over my cheeks.

At the price they definitely look pretty promising. I wouldn't doubt if it turns out they are made in the same factory as some of the other subs with similar features. Its definately a copycat industry, even more so lately.

they look decent for sure.... i dont know if id pay that much for them without any kind of testing done. but looking at the motor, it seems like it could be a worthwhile investment to buy one to test. wish i had extra cash to really test one out........ lol

if you get one let us know how you like it :)
