How low do sa's like to go

My last box I built for my 4 sa12s was 6 cubes after all displacement at 35hz but for my wall I'm thinking closer to 7.5 to 8 cubes at 33hz for mostly demoing, wondering if they'll like the lower tuning and the air space on the high side of what's recommended, here's a pic of my current box it seems like they're a little choked when playing

One of the ports is 28hz and through youtube vids it looks like it slams. I have my 2 SA 12s in a 4.5ft3 box tuned to 22hz. They slam from about 22hz up to 45hz. They can play low, trust me lol.

I'm at 33ish ad 8.5 cubes. Seems a bit peaky to me and the rolloff under tuning is pretty sketchy. I would stay at or u deer 8 cues if i were you.

Nice I think Ile stick to 8' cubes at 33, already decided port middle and instead of slot I might get phsycoacoustics to make me 1 or 2 huge aeros

If I rebuild I will go center port too. I have heard some people don't have luck with aeros in walls but that was 3rd hand info. Can't speak to the truth of it.

I checked Cmx's vids its a sweet build dual 9.5" aeros and their interchangeable too I like the idea

Genuinely curious why you're tuned to 22hz?

A lot of people ask me this lol. I did it for sound quality and I also slow down most of my music. I go more for SQ than SPL but where I have the box positioned in my trunk I can literally play anything from about 22hz -mid 40hz. I sound like I am peaking around the 29-32hz range and those are my favorite freqs to listen to music at. I just have to upgrade my subs to more SQ oriented subs lol. For now, I love the SAs.

You have the ranger build right? I saw your build long months ago, cant remember where.. But i have two rangers and almost took your box idea for 4 t1 12s, i ended up with 9 cubes and the 12s centered facing forward, with two uncut 6" aeros on both sides facing up tuned at 29 hz and love it. Did a 147.6 at 29hz on the dash on a dc 3.5k. I'll post some pics when i get to the house. And to your answer about sas, i love them, im about to run 4 10s.
