DynamikT
Hi all, theres a 12" alpine type x going for a reasonable price on ebay, about 120 pounds which is around 200 dollars or more, but here in the uk these things are hard to get second hand at a resonable price. I currently have two rockford he2's in a box built to spec 3.9 cu ft at 30 hz... What i was planning to do is take them both out and block one sub space with mdf or something. Will this be a wise move? Cosmetically it wont be the wisest thing but its just for indoors, not for a car. If i do get the type x it will be getting at least 1000-1200rms from a power amp. Ideally what i want is a 'louder' set up. The rockfords arent really pushing the lows as well as i want them to. I really dont want to get another box built hence why im sticking with the same one.
