Check and make sure the balance shafts are properly aligned or if there's even a belt on them.....if you can live with it, no belt on the balance shafts does give you a rough idle but you gain a few hp and motor revs alot faster...had a fully built jdm h22a with h23 crank in a gutted 94 2 door accord about 8years ago... 220whp and 350ish whp on the bottle

Seems a bit low...They are 200hp factory motors

200 at the crank...Put down anywhere from 170-180 at the wheels bone stock ...mine was built for nitrous and i managed 220ish on just motor at the wheels on b.s Cali 91 octane,so not to bad
