Hertz_dont_it Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 Im looking at getting a audiopipe apcl1500-1d. Seems like for the money it wouldn't be too bad. Will be on a tantric hd 10 at 1ohm. Will that work out in my favor or should I shell out and get something reputable Current system:Front stage: Alpine type s 6.5No rear:Alpine type s 6.5headunit: alpineAmp: Jbl bp600.1 Sub: Alpine type x 12 dont know much about them. Found a "FLUX" Capacitor on ebay. If I add this to my system, can I really travel into the future? And how far into the future? That probably all depends on how I ground it though, right?Dude dont even waste your money on capacitors get a second car battery preferably a kinetik or stinger or any other car audio battery use the battery that is correct for your systems true rms wattage do some research on the net for this. Go to kinetiks website they explain how to pick a battery from thier site that fits your system.

Hertz_dont_it Posted February 6, 2014 Author Report Posted February 6, 2014 I've been told by many people mini amps are far more inefficient. I wouldn't even think it'd be worth it at all. dangaranga Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 just an early warning, don't get butt hurt. remember you get what you pay for, it could crap out in a week if it feels like it. so just keep that in mind i have the older AP1500 and it does what it needs to do, i dont expect more than about 8-900w out of it, the other models are probably very similar in output Brandon 2000 Furd Ranger supercab 4x4 System: welding wire throughout the truck USalts 390amp Hairpin Juicebox in stock location 8 Banks of maxwell supercaps 2 American Bass Vfl 1100.1 wired to .35 each 2 Fi Audio Sp4 18's ( the DD sc 9918's smoked) Pioneer radio with Soundstream PA mids Powered by a nice sized soundstream 2 channel It's pronounced (dain-ja rain-ja) 2001 2 door focus 1 DD9918 SC
goldeneye4564 Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 yes they are all inefficient they are shit amps. i ran the mini 1500 and it took a beating for a shitty amp. i havent ran another piece of audioshite so i wouldnt recommend anything else lol. american bass is nice stuff. i highly recommend that over the audioshite. underrated? maybe a bit.. if your electrical is strong it will perform well. HowLowCanYouGo Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 I have an audiopipe AQX 1800.1 (discontinued) on 2 american bass XFL 12s at half an ohm at the moment. The subs are probably only getting a 1/4 of the power they can actually take but the amp is still holding up after about 5 months. Do I wish I saved up? Yeah I do. But being a broke high school student at least I have something for now. If your tight on funds I say go for it and save up for a nice amp in the future. Just make sure you set your gains right. I know audioshit puts out some dirty power. Again you get what you pay for... Nothing for now... Did you get that scar tissue when you got your vagina installed? I'd grab Adam's ass and look him in the eyes for a demo of nates truck.
