I got this splinter it was so deep I could not dig it up took over a week to fester up enough to grab it. So mush not cool! With no more ado here are some pics! Part1 Splinter Started with getting it all curved up and put on a side wo we could get in to fiberglass easier. Fiberglassed the kerfs first with 2 layers of chop mat Cut the top baffle it will change alot before getting done. Wanted it to look cool and since the subs are 100+ a piece had to make it where they would come back out. Time to make some holes Learn to live life, not just be alive! Test fit with some RE 18's we had for another box that has the same size holes as the lvl 6's Learn to live life, not just be alive! Decided to cut where I saw triangles or diamonds. Here is what it looked like. while that was cool it was not awesome yet.
