What about the hifonics brx 2000.1d it's a little over $200 and puts out 2000 watts rms at 1 ohm which will be robbing the soundqubed woofers for a while until I get another which will give them 1400 watts each at 2 ohms... And i know I will need to upgrade the electrics more with that but will eventually be running the subs with enough power

the red top and 0ga is fine (assuming its not CCA) but that brutis will maybe do 1800 watts. the last brutix i hooked up was unable to do 1 ohm on 2 kicker CVX's, i had to run it at 2ohm instead. no voltage drop at the amp but it just went into protect with any bass hits regardless of settings. they are just not good amps and do not count on them doing rated power or 1 ohm. if you want an amp to do 1 ohm then look at your sub manufacturer or sundown, ect. for the power you are running there is no reason to run 1 ohm imo, give your electrical a break and find a 2500W amp at 2ohm for those guys. 2500W's is easy to find in a 2 ohm load for an amp. i picked up some kicker KX2500.1's for 300 each off craigs list in my area, keep your eyes open for them.

nothing, gutted

Okay I'll keep my eyes peeled for some amplifiers or a good one and I like hifonics my hifi amp I have now is powering 4 infinities at 1 ohm just fine lol but will look in a different direction

my understanding is hifonics is like PPI and audiobahn where "back in the day" they were rock solid amps but they were sold/bought out and are now no better than sony xplodes.

i was not into car audio "back in teh day" so i cant speak from experience, only what i have heard.

nothing, gutted

How did you change from 1 ohm to 2 ohms?

hfi amps do like literally half of what they say they can do.

anything maxxsonics has gone down in quality. aka crunch, mb quart, hifonics, and uhh autotek. autotek used to be the shit back in the day.
