Pulled off my lights and rear reflector thingy.. (car looks funny) Taped off the edges and stuff Then painted em up They are drying so i dont have pics on install yet. Coolwazabi Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 i'm not positive but i think ur suppose to tint the inside of the light... i've seen some cars locally with tint on the outside and the weather messes them up but it does look good... AlpineGuy87 Posted March 12, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 no you dont tint the inside, you tint the outside to give it the dark appearance, but the light still shines through. I've never seen anyone tint the inside.. you would have to take apart the housing and some you cant do that unless you heated up in the oven. Yes, i just installed them, uploading pictures. I think they do look pretty good. I wasnt going for too dark, I still got half can of spray left.
