Impalalpine
In my trunk build. Are there any cons with two woofers facing the cabin and one driver on the opposite side facing the other way into the trunk? I don't have enough airspace for four 12's to be healthy but I can give three enough airspace. I can draw a picture if I described it like a chad. I tried to find a picture on google. Thanks guy's Build's consist of: 2004 Chevy Impala : Pioneer--------------------- DEH-X8600bs Soundqubed/AQ------ Q4-120 Rockford Fosgate---- Punch-500.4 Soundqubed/AQ----- Q1-3500D.1 Alpine----------------- 6.5's & 6x9's Subs: TBA All Knukonceptz and SHCA wire and rca's Home Music Setup (4) Soundqubed HDS200 15's in two separate 15.5 cubic foot enclosures tuned to 31 hrz --- XM radio hardwire Updates coming all the time on both builds n8ball2013 "bullshit. Bump4life
you wouldnt want to do that in my opinion. uneven loading and possible cancellation. if you cant fit with equal pressures dont do it. Good info, glad I asked. Now im going to thread-jack myself because its in enclosures anyways. Edit: this is a box designed for two sundown X 12's for my car that I havnt built yet Will this box work well with two Soundqubed HDS300's? it has 93 square inches of port area and is tuned to 32 hrz IIRC Edit: this is a box designed for two sundown X 12's for my car that I haven't built yet Build's consist of: 2004 Chevy Impala : Pioneer--------------------- DEH-X8600bs Soundqubed/AQ------ Q4-120 Rockford Fosgate---- Punch-500.4 Soundqubed/AQ----- Q1-3500D.1 Alpine----------------- 6.5's & 6x9's Subs: TBA All Knukonceptz and SHCA wire and rca's Home Music Setup (4) Soundqubed HDS200 15's in two separate 15.5 cubic foot enclosures tuned to 31 hrz --- XM radio hardwire Updates coming all the time on both builds n8ball2013 "bullshit. Agreene
im sure it will work but i expect the similar results between the x 12s and the sq hds12s. especially in the lower range, i would up the tuning a little because thats generally where SQ subs play better

AQ or sound qubed generally like higher tuning. but with higher tuning they will only reach so low. for me if i was building them id tune to 37 or 38. but if you want to reaach down into the mid to high 20s you need to tune around 34-36. depending how low you want to go. a lower tune will increase low end output butr youll sacrifice at top end. at leas in a standard ported box like that Buyer/Seller Feedback Thread: http://www.stevemead...5015-bump4life/ MB C220 153 Trunk Car Build Log: http://www.stevemead...d/#entry1840136 MB C280 Ipad Dash SQ Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/194484-bump4lifes-new-benz-tony-c-relay-kit-pictures-ce-electric-audison-front-stage-installed/ My SPL Log: http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 BMW M340 xDrive Stock, for now.
