Carbon Fiber is a poor conductor, so that would make a pretty poor heatsink. There is no company on earth capable of customizing amps to that degree and being affordable. Some of thst would require a complete redisgn of each amp to achieve The color could be done simply by adding enough LED's to allow you to pick a color scheme based upon the LED's in there, but that still wouldn't be a cheap feature to add. The LED's would need to be on some sort of controller, and every amp sold would have the controller + LED's in it, and considering it's a feature not everyone would use (or if they did, they wouldn't necessarily use all of the LED's) it's a pretty expensive add on.
