Anyone familiar with bass box pro 6?

I picked it up a few months ago and would like to get into some more testing/tinkering but it seems im missing some small details hindering me from smoothly plotting out my enclosures....not sure what I am doing wrong as it takes a lot of trial and error to get my speaker set up plotted out...

Modeling is a starting point, no more, you shouldn't be looking at it to predict a final frequency response, to improve results you can plot your cabin transfer function and feed that into the program, it won't be enough for it to be too accurate since just getting a bigger box in there, changing aimings, changing the box location (just naming a few), will have an effect on response and the program can't model any of that.
