whats the height,width & lenght of the port? im getting tuned in the 60s with the above specs might be doing something wong

He gives the height and width in the above post, 15.5"Hx3.75"W. He does not give depth, but the 30hz tuning could be used to figure it out. From looking at the design, it is probably in the ballpark of 25"L.

Op, what do you mean "box is going to be..."? Is the design that you've shared with us the current one that is giving you issues, or is it another that you have planned?

58.5 sq of port is a tad bit big for the X 15', 45 sq in is a tad more ideal for the sub.

Might be a little tricky, but try to see if you can double side the port bend so you can shrink the width of the port to 3 inches
