Ok so im building a box for 4 18s. Box is 24.19 cu ft amd need 302 sq in of port area. To save air space im goin to use aerports. What size aeroports should i use and how many? What are some good areos to use and where can i get them?

Precision Port doesn't make anything larger than 6" so that wouldn't be practical but, there's a company called Psychoacoustics that can make a flared port in just about any size you like.

And for clarification, you'd need two 14" ports or one 19.5" port for that much port area.

No. If you modeled the sub with a conventional (round or slot) port, you don't need as much areo port area. ← Almost a tongue twister, lol.

You can reduce port area by ~15% using aeros.

What do u mean by molding the sub to the port? Im not an expert at building boxes and was told to multiply my cu ft by 12.5 to get the sq in i need. But the specs for subs need to be off of the net volume. Im putting 4 18s in the c pillar of a 05 tahoe and the box is goin to be 39.5L X 48W X 25H using 3/4 inch MDF. Giving me 24.19 cu ft. Sub displacement is .17 each.

I didn't say molded, I said modeled. That means entering the driver parameters into a software program that generates response graphs based on the driver(s) and box data you enter.

The port area rule of thumb you were given is wrong. Port area is a function of excursion and tuning, not box volume. Also, you should have at least 1.5" thick walls on a box of that size and the baffle should be 3" thick at minimum... unless you plan to run low powered subs on, well, low power.

What are the subs, vehicle and amplifiers you plan to run?
