Jack Belcaster Posted April 14, 2014 Author Report Posted April 14, 2014 just wondering because I am looking to build a 1,000 watt system and I don't want to add extra batteries to create the power needed, but what would be needed to be changed to run a 14V main battery. I have all ready upgraded the alterator to 250 amps and put in a big 3 kit to maximise the alts potential. Quote

For a 1000k watt system just upgrade your under the hood battery to a quality AGM and you should be good. What brand alternator are you running now ? Nathan @ XSpower Posted April 14, 2014 Report Posted April 14, 2014 Good battery under the hood and you are good. D2400 fits in your stock location, but the posts are on the opposite sides. Not a big deal though and you could do the Big3 along with extending your battery wires. Quote
