2 subs and an a 5 inch port will fit on the front?

You gave the dimensions to work with, take measurements and give me some feedback, the box is meant to fire forward towards the cabin.

This can be done, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, port clearance 4 3/4" figure is just an assembly guide, build a cardboard dummy box to see if it will fit in it's way in:

Can you design me one like this with max deminsions being w35 H14.5 and depth 28.5 tuned to 32hz and 5 cu.ft.

I plan on using 2 Rockford r750-1d . They put out around 920 @1 ohm will this enclosure still be efficient?
