Well from my understanding the coaxial cables allow the strongest signal to get through cutting down on noises. It worked for me only when I had strapped amps

I used it to strap 2 pure 1500's to cut out the whining noise. Long story short, it worked.

i dont really think my rca's are to blame im not having any whineing problems and i also ran a diffrent set rcas straight from the amp to the headunit where nothing could have interfered with them i dont know wtf is going on, no one else has this problem..........
