Marquisboys
Ive ran lenovos at work for the last 6 years at 2 companies. I also work in it so I see the crap they fet put through. I was convinced enough to buy one for home use too. My work x1 carbon is awesome even with the disk encryption on it Yeah i dont think he'll find something in that price range better than Lenovo for what they provide. Touchscreen probably not going to happen for that price, Windows 7 eehhh may still be able to find some, and MS office going to have to buy that. 2004 Grand MarquisAA Mayhem 18Crescendo 3500d6.5's AQ Pro AudioAQ Super TweetsImage Dynamics 6x9Soundqubed 125.4MB Quart 80.4144.2 db GONZO 2013 Chrysler 300S Granite Crystal Metallic Exterior Inferno Red Interior 5.7 HEMI AWD LMI Air Hammer Intake Corsa exhaust Custom Tune
KiKaZz74
That lenovo looks pretty good thatll be an option forsure. Im guessing full keyboard is only gonna happen in higher end ones? But what about backlit? Marquisboys
yeah most likely. If you want full keyboard and back lit and all the goodies your possibly going to get less gb slower ram and a lower processor. You could also buy a computer with less space on it and could buy 1TB USB for like 80 bucks so thats also another option. And it kinda all depends what she wants to use it for. Just school work? Games? Video making? or anything like that 2004 Grand MarquisAA Mayhem 18Crescendo 3500d6.5's AQ Pro AudioAQ Super TweetsImage Dynamics 6x9Soundqubed 125.4MB Quart 80.4144.2 db GONZO 2013 Chrysler 300S Granite Crystal Metallic Exterior Inferno Red Interior 5.7 HEMI AWD LMI Air Hammer Intake Corsa exhaust Custom Tune

Isnt there an option to bring menus back?yes, I have a Surface Pro w/ Windows 8 pro and it boots directly to my desktop, I hate that metro crap. I think Microsoft allowed this feature via firmware but Ive been using a program called Start8http://www.stardock.com/products/start8/ Also ModernMix to use metro apps from the desktop http://www.stardock.com/products/modernmix/
