once you get that 1000 you will find that life will not be the same again. It's so much fun and there is so much shit you can buy for them it's ridiculous which makes it even more fun. DOOO ITT!!!

If you recall, my air cleaner used to be in the fender well. It had a cover over it but in that location it really took a lot of dirt. I didn't really like getting it wet either and it was in a prime spot to get wet as well. When we put the turbo in, i had a choice. Intercooler or speaker box. I chose both and modded the box. Next choice, air cleaner in the bed area (like normal) or a speaker box. I chose the box. Today, i FINALLY relocated the cleaner to a better spot. I somehow found a way to get the pipe into the cabin and right back out to the bed area. Some metal piping, silicone 45's, 90's and straight couplers and it was in business! I had to carve a new hole in the RZR bed but that's ok!












Right where that chrome pipe sits is where the air filter USED to be.

Ok knowing i like to use my windshield and it actually blocks air flow to the intercooler, i decided to get some fans for it. Since i am doing all this work, might as well make all this shit as dope as i possibly can! Time to start painting!

These will be controlled by 2 SMD TM-1 (F) temperature monitors. As you might know, these units are good to 5 amps of draw with NO relay. They are programmable. You choose your temperature LED and on that chosen temp the fans kick on 33%. Next LED is 66% and finally if it goes to the 3rd LED past your chosen temp, the fan will be on 100%. Using 2 of these, i plan on offsetting them and having a 6 stage system. You will see soon!

These pipes are just a slight bit different than eachother....so i asked Jay if he could take a sharpie and make sure Left and Right don't get mixed up. Of course, he took it to the next level and stamped in the letters. It's the small details! thanks Jay!!!
