Moving right along! The radio mount looks nice man.

Thanks not sure if I'm going to keep it any more, may take it out and just have the tablet as my main music source.

I def like the Galaxy tab over the Ipad Mini. So many more options for playback control! Looking good Jr!

Thanks Tim, I also have a 32GB BB Playbook I could use also but pretty sure I'll go with the Tab 3. I also picked up some subs but PB isn't working to post pictures, will update with pictures when it working again.

Build is looking real nice man. Real nice. I really like how those doors came out.

My personal experience wth the 360.3 was not a great one. Remote had nothing but troubles. I had my remote wire ran with the rca's too. The problems I experienced were within the remote's physical parts. It's notchy, so at times the spot where I'd like it was in between notches. While yes I could've probably adjusted tuning, it was an issue still.

But there were quite a few other issues as well.

1 - if you touched the volume, it would jump like full on. Same with the bass knob (2nd knob). If you touched it, and I don't mean turn it, but a mean touch it, it would jump way up or way down. I got to the point where I had set the volume where I liked it, and started adjusting volume by the head unit. Which pissed me off because why did I pay all that money to have a unit that I couldn't use the knob on?

2 - The whole remote would become non responsive at times. So if you had it jump up, which happened to me, on volume or bass you couldn't turn it down and you'd have to turn the whole system off. Or sometimes I'd have it up and come up on a CHP or Sherrif and want to turn it down to avoid any issues with Barney Feiff it wouldn't work and I'd have to turn the whole thing off.

3 - Another issue I had early on, was it was working fine all day, tuning and demoing at Autorama, and then went to leave to head home that night, and suddenly I had noise in the system, and it wouldn't shut off. Meaning I'd have to unplug the power plug at the unit to get everything to turn off since all the amps were running through it. I completeley un installed it, cut the wires all the way back to the stock 360.3 wires and re installed it an never had that issue again. So I could've quite honestly been installer error, but my argument to that woudl then be, why did it work all day long, litterally all day long, and then suddenly not work and have issues. SO I don't know.

Those were the issues I had. To be honest with you I actually really liked the unit for the price and I didn't mind so much after having it the dual knob remote. What I didn't like about it, aside of the issues, was the lack of a screen function over the leds on the remote, and the knotchiness of the remote. I would prefer it have a smooth knob. I honestly think that would have prevented some of the issues in my case. But I'm no electrical engineer so I don't know what the problem was.

I honestly hope you have success with yours. I realy do. I think they're on the verge of a good product with it. Some tweaks and adjustments here and there and I think theyre right on for the price.

As far as 4th orders go, I think a pair of XL12's in the space you have, may do it, I don't know. I'm experamenting with 4ths myeself for a large set up.

Good luck I'm tuned in for sure.

I got the 360.3 used off a friend and he never said anything about problems that he had with it so I'm hoping this one a bug free. Guess I will know when I install it and try it out.

I was told by a few friends that I I have the room to do a 4th order with my current shell, if I don't I'll just rip this out and start over. My buddy had 8 of the Xl's on 4 CF 8K and each XL had 2.25 cube sealed, I'll be starting with 5 cube sealed for the pair and go from there.

I think before I build the current wall I had around 26-28 cubes to play with, so I build the current shell as strong as I can. lol

I will know more when I finish my design for the 4th order I'm also done designing it.

Tried my first 4th order design so don't hate, the port will be figured out with tuning. Started off with 5 cube seal and will shrink as needed, this is using my inside shell from my flat wall that already in the car.

Sorry to hear about your wreck man, sucks that it happen right after you were done the install. I'll go and check out your build, I have lots of ideas already but you never know.

I like my doors but thinking of redoing them over the summer, they stick out a little to much for my liking. Not sure what happened but they stick out about 1" more then I had planed and when I tested them they were fine. Only thing I could think of is the back plate move on me before I glasses them.

So its been nice out side the last few days so I did a little of work. Got the 360.3 in the car and got to hear the doors for the first time. Just did the basic set up on the 360.3 for now, tweeters are getting 30 watts each and mids are getting 50 watts each for now.
