ford focus best ground spots?

Recommended Posts

I have a 2001 focus zx3 hatchback and was wondering the best places to ground the wires. Will be doing the big 3 upgrade as well. Thanks.

Yeah unibody. I'll be doing a ground from passenger side tower to driver side tower, alt grounded to pass side tower front battery to driver side. Then rear batt to one of the 2 sides (whichever ends up as the closer side).

I'll have 2 0gauge runs pos with a 250 amp singer alt, external regulator adjustable, and running 4k rms roughly.

if voltage isn't doing good I'm going to run 2 0gauge grounds front to back.

as for batteries I plan to take out the stock holder and see what I can do to fit a group 31 and at least one group 31 I the back all agm of course

with all that I'm hoping to hold 13+ volts on music while driving down the road.

singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
