cocoleveo7686 Posted June 4, 2014 Report Posted June 4, 2014 So I got a pure audio 3000.1d and it blew on me. So I sent it to xplicit audio because thats where I bought it and its warrenty thru them. So 2 months later im being told now that its eta to xplicit by the end of june. First it was may, then, end may, blah blah. So they will give me store credit of 280.00 I am looking for a good 3000 watt rms amp that is under $500. Heres the catch it has to be ordered on xplicit audio . Com I looked at the stetsom 2k5 eq which says 2600 rms at 12v. Its $500 but im not sure how good it is. Any suggestions from that website or any in general. Thanks in advance

I would go with the Pure Audio PAK-3000.1DSays it's a korean build house and looks pretty beefy, that's probably what i would go with. What ever you do, don't go back to what you had. truthsayer

I've had the 1500 as sort of a test run and that amp went to shit fast. I wasn't playing music when it happened.

The reason i sad the pak was, he is not given but a few options to choose from. And since the pak model is thier new line of korean built amps, it.s about the best option he has. If it was just the same pure he had, then i wouldn't choose it again either. ut the pak model looks appears to be legit. truthsayer
