I just got one yesterday to play around with. Will hook it up today and let you know. I bet it will be better then the brz2400 I have now.

Your going to spend a lot more then 300$ for a amp that will do 2.5 3k @2ohm

is the belva bb5000 any good of any amp? looking for a new amp for my 2 Fi ssd 15s

it has a 200 amp fuse, so 200*10 [volts] = 2000 watts. - 350 watts for clean power = 1650 watts clean. Maybe.

thanks everyone. and i have around 300 . need about 2 to 2.5 k rms. also subs are dual 2 so they are only at 2 ohms

Fi coils if i recall are either .7 or 1.4 ohm. So if you have 2 dual 2 (1.4) . You can run a final load of 1.4 (parallel-series).

And with your budget of only $300, i would go with the soundstream Ta 3000.1d. Out of your options listed that would be the best.

I've read it calls for a 200-240AMP external fuse, so I'm not sure where 300AMP was ever mentioned. If it were in fact 300AMP, then the Belva should do close to it's claimed 3K, though no telling just how clean the power would be. With adrawing 200AMPS, it'd produce somewhere in the neighborhood or 1700-2000RMS depending on efficiency. Again, no idication of how clean this power would be.

If it's using a 300AMP inline fuse and still fails to produce more than 2K, that's one inefficient class D amplifier.
