I noticed on here that Nathan is on here alot helping people out and XS seems really good with getting people squared away. Crescendo eeeehh feel like they would be harder to get ahold of if something went wrong. Dont get me wrong i love Crescendo products and run them, but like you said it comes down to that customer service of a company.
