jizzybizzy Posted March 21, 2008 Report Share Posted March 21, 2008 SO i went on the kinetik website cuz i need some more power cuz my voltage dropped to 9.8 last night! so considering that my normal voltage is like 14.3ish and when the bass hits it drops down to 12 usually but just driving around with it up most of the way at night the lights dim... so im too broke to buy a Kinetik HC1400 Power Cell AND HC2000 Power Cell (like the site recommended i do with 1500-2000rms) could i just buy the HC2000 and use that as my main starter battery? would that: 1. kill my stock alt? 2. keep my lights from dimming? 3. make it any louder? any help would be greatly appreciated! you ain't been bizzy til you've been wit jizzy. Considering your battery is way back in your trunk you may want to try doing that regardless of what battery you have or may end up getting! I assume your still liking the amp!???
