Okay, here's what I came up with:

12.5 cubic ft (considering driver displacement and some bracing) and ~164 square in of port, tuned to 28 hz. Port dimensions are 20.5 x 8 and 33.78 in long, outer enclosure are 49 x 22 x 23.625.

Is this a bit better?

It's a lot better. It's a lot of air, but that sub can mechanically keep itself together. I'd shoot for 9-10 cubic feet net airspace. Is the 12.5 before displacement of port and subs? You'll also want a double baffle and some bracing with those subs.

12.5 accounts for the subs but not the port. Damn, I've never designed an enclose without software doing everything for me.

Actually, I'll end up with 9.3 cubes with the port being about 3.2 cubes. So that's no too bad.
